These website terms support the client relationship. A signed proposal, service agreement, purchase order or other accepted commercial document governs where it conflicts with general website information.
The Building Automation, HVAC Control and Lighting Control builders create preliminary scope information only. They do not constitute engineering, a final design, a product schedule, code review, quotation or guarantee of compatibility. Final scope, products, quantities, programming, wiring, integration, pricing and schedule require Luna Controls review.
Portal priority selection communicates operational impact but does not guarantee a response time unless a signed agreement expressly provides one. Life-safety events, fire, gas, active threats and public emergencies must be directed to emergency services and the responsible building authorities.
Rates and plan terms shown inside an authorized account are subject to the applicable accepted agreement. Materials, travel, parking, taxes, third-party costs and work beyond included allowances may be billed separately. Recurring card or pre-authorized debit payments require a separate payment authorization presented during setup.
No payment method is charged merely because it is saved. Charges must follow the applicable invoice, authorization and agreement.
Users must provide accurate business, site and billing information, protect access to their email account and use the portal only for companies and facilities they are authorized to manage. Portal acceptances, approvals, notices and transaction records may be retained electronically.
