What we collect
Information may include names, business contact details, company and site records, billing contacts, service requests, system information, uploaded files, case activity, approvals and payment-status references.
Do not upload personal, confidential or regulated information that is not required for the project or service request.
How it is used
Information is used to review scope-builder submissions, respond to inquiries, authorize portal access, coordinate service, maintain case history, administer service plans, issue invoices, reconcile payments and protect the portal.
Public website submissions are handled as inquiries. Authenticated portal activity is maintained within the relevant company account and service case.
Service providers
Luna Controls may use specialized providers for authenticated email delivery, payment authorization and processing, accounting synchronization, hosting, security and file storage. Those providers receive only the information required to perform their function. Full card numbers and complete bank-account credentials are not stored in the Luna Controls portal.
Access, retention and questions
Portal access is restricted by company and role. Case and account records follow the retention settings shown to authorized users, subject to financial, contractual, security and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Business contacts may request access or correction by emailing info@lunacontrols.ca.
